it looks like the clash between the rail journey and other stuff might not be such a problem, because the RMT union in Scotland is planning a rail strike to start on Monday 12th April. So train journey people, please check things are running before you travel.

... I don't suppose anyone is intending to bring a printer with them to Ardgour, that they might be happy to lend [livejournal.com profile] mirrorshard and myself if we haven't quite finished off Mountain's Hearth stuff by the time we need to leave on Friday? (ie, 8.30am or so...)

I think we will cope without, but if any of you *do* have such plans, that would potentially take a bit of pressure off us, and letting us know soon would be a great kindness. ;-)

Also on the subject of printers: have just printed out 9 copies of Life of Brian. If you want [livejournal.com profile] mostlyacat and me to provide you with a script and haven't said so in Nick's poll about it, give me a shout asap. :-)

Is anyone apart from me bringing choir music?

So far I have several copies of various arrangements of Scots songs (all up on my website), a few Bartok pieces (challenging but not horribly so) and Vaughan Williams' "Linden Lea". Some early music was requested, and I'll probably spend tomorrow looking for decent stuff on IMDB - any particular requests?

(Sticking mostly to SATB - I think our resources are at most SSAATTBB plus a couple of flexible soprano/altos, and one to a part seems like chancing it).
