Just sent out the room, chores, and draft timetable things. Let me know if you haven't gotten them or need them in another format!!!

Note that this is *not* the final version of the timetable (well, possibly it is, if by some miracle I got it right first time *wry gryn*). I'll send out the final one in a couple days. And as has been done in the past, when we're at Ardgour there will be a Master copy in the front hallway for anyone to consult.

Not sure if this had been said publically, but we're going back to the old way of dinner-seating-assignments, where everyday there'll be a piece of paper with a "picture" of the table (read: a square with lines on it) and you write in your name where you want to sit, if you have an opinion. I'll bring placemarkers and the tablesetters can put them out accordingly. =) Again, kept in the front hallway.

Also the whiteboard will be kept there for writing notes to each other, which hopefully will keep the announcements after dinner a little shorter than they tend to be! ;)

So many little things to remember! Gah!

Edit: Clarification: If I've assigned you a chore you *can't* do because you won't be around (two spotted so far, argh!) please do tell me and I'll try to swap things around. The sort-it-out-yourself is just if there's a chore you'd rather not do as opposed to can't do, if that makes sense.
